The TPP-67D-4 is a True brand, refrigerated pizza prep table. It is composed of stainless steel on the exterior front, top, and cabinet ends, and the back is matching aluminum. The interior is NSF approved white aluminum and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel with coved corners. There are 5 inch in diameter stem castors and the entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. This pizza prep stand has a capacity of 20.6 cubic feet and contains four stainless steel drawers. Each drawer is lined with aluminum on the interior and comes with a 12 inch long recessed door handle that is foamed-in-place with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. All of the four drawers have the capacity to hold two food pans that measure up to 12 inches in length, 20 inches in width, and 8 inches in depth (pans sold separately). Each pan contains heavy duty slides and rollers and also a pan divider bar.
This commercial pizza prep station measures 67 ¼ inches in length, 32 ¼ inches in depth, and 35 ¾ inches in height. The seven foot cord that is included at no extra charge is ready for final connection into a 115 volt, NEMA configured outlet. Also included with this refrigerated food prep stand is an extra-deep, 19 ½ inch, full length removable cutting board that provides a tough preparation surface because it is made of NSF approved polyethylene. There is a pan rail on the top of the pizza prep stand that comes with nine NSF approved, clear, polycarbonate insert pans. Each pan has a flat, stainless steel lid that locks in freshness, reduces condensation, and keeps the pan temperature colder.
R134A refrigerant is used in the oversized refrigeration system of this commercial pizza prep station and there is a guided airflow to provide uniform temperatures to the food pan rail and the cabinet interior. The forced air design holds the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF, and this prep stand is NSF-7-1997-6.3 compliant. The condensing unit is easily accessible for maintenance reasons and the evaporator is epoxy coated to fight against corrosion. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. Don’t forget that the condenser coil and fan blades of the evaporator have to be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. Also, the stainless steel should be cleaned with non-chloride cleaners and a soft cloth to eliminate the potential of rust and pitting.
