The combo oven and holding cabinet helps you cook and store your pizzas to create the ideal product. Store up to 4 pizzas that are 14" max in diameter on the rotating rack. Also included are an adjustable timer, capped tube thermometer and reinforced stringers across each shelf.
- Removable trays hold water supply for 8 hours
- 5552PZ holds (3) 16 inch dia. Pizza Pans
- Lift-Out glass for easy cleaning
- Display racks rotate and stop when door is open
