The Vollrath 68130 is a pasta/vegetable cooking inset. It is a replacement inset for the pasta and vegetable cooking set, the Vollrath 68127. This vegetable cooking inset is 18-8 stainless steel and holds up to 3 servings of pasta. It is also an excellent tool for blanching vegetables and has a hanging clip for easy draining. This perforated wedge has a rived, plated steel handle that has a Gator Grip that stays cool to the touch to prevent burns. Also, the holes in this pasta cooking inset are 3/16 inches in diameter.

Remove all of the labels and stickers from your vegetable cooking inset and wash it in hot soapy water before using it. Always wash it by hand to keep it in its excellent shape, and allow it to cool before washing it to prevent warping from occurring. We recommend that you use plastic, wooden, or rubber utensils when cooking with your Vollrath cookware, and avoid direct contact with salt solutions, bleaches, disinfectants and acidic products because these can lead to corrosion.
