Description 

This 480 volts electric convection oven comes standard with a 1/2 HP two speed oven blower motors. This machine also comes with side mounted electromechanical temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. There is also a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm that comes in each section. This unit comes with an oven cool switch which is used for rapid cool downs. This convection oven has five nickel plated oven racks with eleven rack positions per section. This unit has stainless steel front, sides, top and back, and also painted legs. There is porcelain enamel on the steel of the interior of the oven. There are two independently operated solid stainless steel doors that open a full 180 degrees. There interior of the oven comes equipped with two lights per section. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear and sides, bottom and the doors of this unit. This unit also comes in 3 Phase.
