Description 

This 240 volt single deck electric convection oven comes standard with a 1/2 HP two-speed oven blower motor per section and has 12.5 KW input. The oven interior measures 29''W x 22-1/2''D x 20''H and has five nickel plated oven racks per section and also has eleven position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section. This unit has side mounted electromechanical temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. It also has a 60-minute timer with an audible alarm and has an oven cool switch that is used for rapid cool downs. The DEC501 Hobart model convection ovens are all on 25-3/4'' legs. The construction of this machine is stainless steel front, sides, top and back, and also has painted legs. The independently operated solid stainless steel doors open a full 180 degrees and also has two interior oven lights per section. A non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear and sides, the bottom, and the doors of this convection oven as well. This unit also comes in 3 Phase.
