Description 

The Kolpak P7-088-FO is an outdoor walk-in freezer requiring a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet. It measures 7 feet, 9 inches in length; 7 feet, 9 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. This industrial freezer has a holding capacity of 345 cubic feet and it is completely foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation. For ease of dealing with defrost, there is even a defrost timer. The exterior and the interior are constructed from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and all the panels are NSF approved. There is one self-closing door on this restaurant freezer and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. This door is heated and it features magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, and a low watt heated strip that is fit into the door jamb to prevent frost and condensation build-up. Standard on the door of this outdoor freezer is a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer and a light switch for the interior vapor-proof lights. On the interior there is also a safety release to prevent accidental entrapment.

Heated air-vents are utilized in this freezer to prevent vacuum and pressure build-up, and the coved corners of the floor panels provide excellent sanitation and easier cleaning. To prevent the PVC gaskets from moving around, they are foamed in place in the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rail. For perfect alignment of all the panels in this outdoor freezer, Posi-Loc locking assemblies are used. You can be sure that the walls are extra strong and durable as well, because there are double 90? bends on the metal edges of the walls and the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock. Don?t forget that this walk-in freezer has to be cleaned regularly to protect its long term value. Use a mild soap and water to clean the interior and exterior, and you can remove fingerprints and stains with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Check the gaskets regularly to be sure that they are not broken, and clean them with a solution of baking soda and warm water. All of the screws need to be tightened often and the hinges should be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly.

There is a self-contained refrigeration system in this commercial freezer. It utilizes:

• An expansion valve system,
• A 1 3/4 horsepower compressor,
• A hot gas condensate evaporator,
• High pressure safety controls, and
• An air cooled condenser.

Many options are available with this Kolpak outdoor walk-in cooler such as right or left door hinging, interior and exterior ramps, tread plates, or fluorescent lights. Custom walk-in freezers are available as well. This freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and it is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Also included with this commercial freezer is the Kolpak outdoor package. Instillation with this freezer is quite simple, but it is different than installing indoor freezers. Required is a field supplied and installed condensate drain line. Polar Pak freezers require a roof sealing system as well.
