Outdoor Walk In Freezer 8' x 10' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak P7-810-FO

The P7-810-FO is one of Kolpak’s many outdoor walk-in freezers which requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet. It is made of 26 gauge embossed galvalume on the interior and exterior, and it has coved corners for on the floor panels for extra sanitation and easy cleaning. To ensure that all the NSF panels will line up evenly and that the gaskets will not move around, there are Posi-Loc locking assemblies and the PVC gaskets are foamed in place on the interior and exterior tongue rail. Heated air-vents are utilized in this commercial freezer to eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up and a defrost timer is included as well. The tongue and groove sectional panels interlock and there are double 90° bends on the metal edges of the walls to provide extra strength and stability. Be sure that you clean your industrial freezer often to keep it in the best shape possible. You can use water and a mild soap to clean the interior and exterior, and stains and fingerprints can be removed with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

There is one door on this walk-in freezer that measures 26 inches by 78 inches, and it is heated and self-closing. This door features magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, keyed door locks, and a low watt heater strip that is fit into the door jamb to prevent frost and condensation. A 2 1/2 inch thermometer dial and a switch for the interior vapor-proof lights come standard. Also included with this outdoor freezer is an interior safety release that prevents people from accidentally getting stuck inside. It is a good idea to check the gaskets often to make sure that they are in good shape, and broken gaskets should be replaced immediately. The gaskets can be cleaned with a solution of baking soda and warm water. Tighten the screws in the latch and the hinges often and re-lubricate the hinges every two months with petroleum jelly.

This Kolpak outdoor freezer measures 7 feet, 9 inches in length; 9 feet, 8 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. It is fully insulated with four inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation and has a holding capacity of 439 cubic feet. The temperature inside of this walk-in freezer is held at -10°F using a self-contained refrigeration system that is either top or side mounted. The refrigeration system features :

• low ambient controls,
• an expansion valve system,
• a 1 3/4 horsepower compressor,
• an automatic evaporator, and
• an air-cooled condenser.

A one year parts and labor warranty, a five year compressor warranty, and a ten year panel warranty back this outdoor walk-in freezer. It is also NSF, UL, and CSA approved and comes with many options. The door can be hinged on the right or left side and you can also purchase kick plates, tread plates, shelving kits, fluorescent lights, or bumper rails and door bumpers with your commercial freezer. Custom configurations are available upon request.

Included with this commercial freezer is the Kolpak outdoor package. Instillation requires a field supplied and installed condensate drain line, and installing your freezer is rather simple. The Polar-Pak freezers require a roof sealing system as well.
