The P7-066-FO is a Kolpak brand outdoor walk-in cooler that requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. It is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is baked by a:

• one year warranty covering parts and labor,
• a five year warranty covering the compressor, and
• a ten year warranty covering the panels.

This commercial freezer is constructed from 26 gauge embossed galvalume. It has a holding capacity of 184 cubic feet and it measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 5 feet, 10 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. The entire walk-in freezer is foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation for excellent refrigeration efficiency. There is one heated, self-closing door on this restaurant freezer, and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. This door features cam-lift hinges, magnetic gaskets, keyed door locks, and a Posi-Seal closure with a latch. Also on the door are a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer and a switch for the incandescent interior lights.

To ensure that this industrial freezer is sturdy and strong, the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock and the metal edges of the walls have double 90° bends. You don’t have to worry about the PVC gaskets moving around everywhere because they are foamed in place on the interior and exterior tongue rails. Another excellent feature in this outdoor freezer is the Posi-Loc locking assemblies that provide perfect alignment of the walls, ceiling, floor, corners, and door. Heated air-vents are utilized in this freezer to eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up. The corners of the floor panels are coved for easy cleaning and better sanitation, and there is also a defrost timer. To keep the temperature at -10°F inside of this walk-in freezer, there is a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes low ambient controls, an expansion valve system, a 1 horsepower compressor, a hot gas condensate evaporator, and an air-cooling condenser.

Options are available with this commercial freezer including custom configurations, a top or side mounted refrigeration system, right or left door hinging, shelving kits, kick plates, or aluminum or stainless steel ramps. It is important that your keep your Kolpak freezer clean to protect your long term investment. The condenser coil and the fan blades need to be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush and then CO2 should be blown through the condenser from the fin to the fan side. This is important because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure, but a clean condenser can minimize service expenses and lower electrical costs. The interior and the exterior should be cleaned as well with water and a mild soap, and stains and fingerprints can be removed with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Check to make sure that all the gaskets are in good condition, and clean them regularly with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Lastly, the screws in the hinges and the latch should be tightened often and the hinges need to be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly.

Installing your outdoor walk-in freezer is quite simple. It comes with a Kolpak outdoor package and instillation requires a field supplied and installed condensate drain line. Polar-Pak freezers also require a roof sealing system.
