Outdoor Walk In Freezer 6' x 12' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak P7-612-FO

P7-612-FO is one of Kolpak’s outdoor walk-in freezers. It requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet and is fully insulated with four inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The temperature inside of this commercial freezer is held at -10°F by a self-contained refrigeration system. This refrigeration system utilizes an air cooled condenser, a 1 ¾ horsepower compressor, low ambient controls, an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and an expansion valve system. It is really important that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades inside of this outdoor freezer every thirty days because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. The condenser coil and the fan blades should be scrubbed with a stiff wire brush. Because this freezer is outside, you need to blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side, and this will help lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

This restaurant freezer has a holding capacity of 388 cubic feet and it measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 11 feet, 7 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. Both the interior and exterior are made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and the corners of the floor panels are coved for extra sanitation and easy cleaning. To provide strong and durable walls, this walk-in freezer has interlocking tongue and groove sectional panels and double 90° bends on the metal edges of the walls. Posi-Loc assemblies are used to ensure that all the panels will align evenly and the PVC gaskets are foamed in place on the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rail to prevent the gaskets from moving around. Included in the interior walk in floor of the outdoor cooler is .100 inch of smooth aluminum. It is a good idea to check the gaskets often and replace broken ones as soon as possible. The gaskets can be cleaned with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Check the screws in the hinges and the latch as well, and tighten them if they are loose. The hinges need to be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly. You can clean the interior and exterior of the walk-in with a mild soap and water, and a non-abrasive cleaner will remove fingerprints and stains.

A 26 inch by 78 inch self closing door is featured on this industrial freezer, and it is heated. The door has magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, keyed door locks, a Posi-Seal closure with a latch, a 2 ½ inch dial thermometer, and a switch for the vapor-proof lights. To prevent accidental entrapment inside of this outdoor commercial freezer, there is even an interior safety release. Heated air-vents are standard in this Kolpak freezer to eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up as well. This outdoor walk-in freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and it is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Options are available including right or left door hinging, custom configurations, kick plates, strip curtains, shelving kits, and fluorescent lights.
