Outdoor Walk In Freezer 6' x 10' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak P7-610-FO

This Kolpak P7-610-FO is an outdoor walk-in freezer that requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet. It comes with a walk-in floor, and has one heated, self-closing door that measures 26 inches by 78 inches. The door on this commercial freezer uses magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, a Posi-Seal closure with a latch, and a low watt heater strip that is inserted into the door jamb to seal the gaskets and prevent condensation and frost build-up. Also featured on this door is a switch for the vapor-proof lights and a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer that makes temperature adjustments extremely easy. To ensure that all the NSF panels on this industrial freezer will align perfectly there is Posi-Loc locking assemblies. The tongue and groove sectional panels interlock and the metal edges of the wall have double 90° bends, which provide extra strength and durability. Also, the PVC gaskets on the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rail are foamed in place, so you can be certain that the gaskets will not move around in this restaurant freezer.

Kolpak’s outdoor freezer measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 9 feet, 8 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. It has a holding capacity of 320 cubic feet, so it is perfect for extremely busy establishments. This entire freezer is foamed in place with four inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation, and it has coved corners on the interior floor panels for extra sanitation and easy cleaning. In addition, there are heated air-vents that prevent vacuum and pressure build up. The interior and the exterior are both constructed from 26 gauge embossed galvalume. Don’t forget that your outdoor freezer has to be cleaned often to keep it in its excellent shape. The interior and exterior can be wiped down with a mild soap and water, and stains and fingerprints can be removed with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Clean the gaskets with a mix of warm water and baking soda, and replace broken ones immediately. Also, the screws in the latch and hinges should be tightened regularly and the hinges need to be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly.

A top or side mounted, self contained refrigeration system is used to cool this walk-in freezer. It holds the temperature at -10°F using an automatic evaporator, low ambient controls, an expansion valve system, a 1 ¾ horsepower compressor, and an air-cooled condenser. Because condensers acquire a huge amount of dirt, you must clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush. Then, blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side. Remember, a clean condenser minimizes service expenses and lowers electrical costs but a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.

This Kolpak outdoor walk-in freezer is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. It is also NSF, UL, and CSA approved. Options are available including right or left door hinging, kick plates, fluorescent lights, and bumper rails and door bumpers. Instillation is really easy too. This freezer comes with the Kolpak outdoor package and it requires a field supplied and installed condensate drain line. A roof sealing system is optional.
