Outdoor Walk In Freezer 10' x 10' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak P7-1010-FO

This Kolpak outdoor walk-in freezer with a walk-in floor is the P7-1010-FO. It requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet. The temperature is held at -10°F by a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes:

• Low ambient controls,
• An expansion valve system,
• A 1 3/4 horsepower compressor,
• An air cooled condenser, and
• An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator.

The exterior and interior of this industrial freezer are both made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and there is one door. This door is heated and self-closing, and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. Featured on the door of this restaurant freezer are cam-lift hinges, magnetic gaskets, a Posi-Seal closure system with a latch, and keyed door locks. A low watt heater strip is inserted into the door jamb of this walk-in freezer to seal the gaskets and prevent frost and condensation build-up. Also on the door are a vapor-proof light switch, a 2 1/2 inch thermostat dial, and an interior safety release. Be sure that you clean your outdoor freezer often to protect your long term investment. The interior and exterior can be cleaned with a mild soap and water, and the gaskets can be cleaned with a solution of baking soda and warm water. Check the gaskets often and replace broken ones as soon as possible, and tighten the screws in the hinges and latch regularly. Also, the hinges should be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly.

There is a holding capacity of 558 cubic feet inside of this industrial freezer, and it measures 7 feet, 9 inches in length; 11 feet, 7 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. The entire freezer is foamed in place with four inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation for excellent refrigeration efficiency. For extra sanitation and easy cleaning, the corners of the floor panels are coved. In addition, there are heated air-vents that eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up. Options are available with this outdoor freezer including right or left door hinging, kick plates, tread plates, shelving kits, a top or side mounted refrigeration system, and strip curtains.

This Kolpak walk-in freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. It is very important that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades with a stiff wire brush every thirty days, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. After you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades, blow C02 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side. This will lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

Installing your outdoor walk-in freezer is really easy. Included is the Kolpak outdoor package. Required for instillation is a field supplied and installed condensate drain line. A roof sealing system is required for Polar-Pak freezers.
