This floorless, outdoor, walk-in cooler is the Kolpak PX7-088-O. It requires a 115 or 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet, has a capacity of 360 cubic feet, and measures as follows:

• 7 feet, 9 inches in length,
• 7 feet, 9 inches in width, and
• 7 feet, 6 inches in height.

There are Posi-Loc locking assemblies utilized in this restaurant outdoor cooler that provide perfect alignment of the walls, ceiling, corners, and door frame. For extra strength and stability, the metal edges of the walls have double 90? bends and the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock. PVC gaskets on the inside and the outside edge of the tongue rail are also foamed in place to stop the gaskets from moving around and to ensure that the panels will all come together correctly. The temperature of this outside refrigerator is maintained at 38?F by a top mounted, self contained refrigeration system that can hold the temperature, even if it is 120?F outside. A side mounted refrigeration system is optional, and it is your choice whether the door is hinged on the right or left side.

The refrigeration system of this Kolpak outdoor cooler features an air-cooled condenser, an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and a 3/4 horsepower compressor. Also used is an expansion valve system, high pressure safety controls, and an off cycle coil defrost system with a defrost timer. To prevent accidentally getting stuck inside of this outside cooler, there is a safety release on the interior. It is really important that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. After brushing the condenser coil of this outdoor kitchen refrigerator, blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin side to the fan side, because a clean condenser minimizes services expenses and lowers electrical costs.

This Kolpak outdoor cooler is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Options are available including fluorescent lights, non-skid floor strips, strip curtains, shelving kits, and kick plates. The interior and the exterior of this industrial outdoor cooler can be cleaned with water, a mild soap, and a soft cloth. The door hinges are lubricated in the factory and they should be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly. When you are re-lubricating the hinges, also check and tighten all the screws in the hinges and in the latch. The gaskets are another thing that should be cleaned regularly. You can clean the gaskets with a solution of baking soda and warm water, and dry them with a soft cloth.

Installing your commercial walk-in cooler is a breeze. It comes with the Kolpak Outdoor Package. It also requires a field supplied and installed condensate drain line and a roof sealing system is optional.
