The PX7-068-O is a Kolpak brand outdoor walk in cooler that is floorless. It requires a 115 or 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet and utilizes a top mounted, self contained refrigeration system that holds the temperature at 38?F. The refrigeration system inside of this commercial cooler has a 3/4 horsepower compressor, a hot gas condensate evaporator, and an air cooled condenser. It also features an expansion valve system, and high pressure safety controls. For ease of operation, this restaurant refrigerator also has an off cycle coil defrost system and a defrost timer. Vapor proof lights provide excellent food visibility, and the light switch is accessed on the door.

There is one self-closing door on this walk-in cooler and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. It has magnetic door gaskets, brushed chrome hinges, and a door handle with a key lock. This ?Super Door? keeps all the cold air inside and helps prevent condensation. Also on the door is a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer that makes temperature adjustments hassle free. The door can be hinged on either the right or the left side, so please specify which side you prefer when ordering. To prevent getting stuck inside of this outdoor kitchen refrigerator, there is even an interior safety release. To ensure that the walls are extremely secure and durable, the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock, and there are double 90? bends on the metal edges of the wall. Another excellent feature on this walk-in refrigerator is the foamed in place PVC gaskets on the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rail. These gaskets ensure that all the panels come together evenly and that the gaskets will stay in the correct place. Perfect alignment is also guaranteed with this commercial outdoor cooler, because Posi-Loc locking assemblies are used for the walls, ceiling, corners, and door frame.

This Kolpak outdoor walk-in measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 7 feet, 9 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. It has a holding capacity of 264 cubic feet and the interior and exterior are both made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume. The entire outdoor cooler is foamed in place with 4 inch thick, CFC free polyurethane insulation for excellent refrigeration efficiency. This galvanized steel can be cleaned with water, a mild soap, and a soft, clean cloth. Be sure that you inspect the gaskets often and replace broken ones. Also, the door hinges should be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly and all the screws should be tightened as well. Don?t forget that a clean condenser can lower electrical costs and minimize services expense, but a dirty one can lead to compressor failure. Therefore, clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush, and then blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin side to the fan side.

Options are available with this walk-in cooler including strip curtains, aluminum diamond tread plates, and interior and exterior ramps. It is NSF, CSA, and UL approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. A walk-in floor is also optional and custom walk-in coolers are available upon request.

This outdoor cooler comes with the Kolpak's outdoor package and is very easy to install. It requires a field supplied and installed condensate drainline. Polar-Pak walk-in coolers require the Outdoor Package that is included. Optional is the roof sealing system.
