This entire propane and natural gas grill and broiler is held on a stainless steel stand that uses stainless steel legs and casters. The 8 burners in this Baker’s Pride char broiler are covered by two nickel chrome plated top grates that are removable. Each burner is individually controlled by a heat valve that is located on the stainless steel valve panel, and the burners are rated at a total of 160,000 BTUs per hour using either natural or propane gas. Also, this outside broiler is rated at 46.88 KWH. The burners inside this grill are lit by a crossover pilot tube system, and there are also stainless steel radiant heat deflectors inside of this broiler.
The interior of this Baker’s Pride outdoor char broiler is constructed from very heat resistant aluminized steel, while the exterior is all stainless steel. You should clean off the cooking grates of your outside gas grill after every use with a stiff wire bristle brush. Also, it is a good idea to spray a small amount of vegetable oil onto the broiling grates before placing your foods onto them to prevent the food from sticking. The exterior stainless steel can eventually rust and pit if it is not taken care of properly. You can clean off the stainless steel regularly with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner that is free from quaternary salts.
