The Baker’s Pride CBBQ-60SCP is an outdoor charbroiler that can not only broil food, but can also grill, roast, steam, and hold your foods. This broiler runs on natural or propane gas and comes with two 40 lb. propane tanks. It utilizes side mounted tank brackets to hold the propane tanks, and there is also an 8 inch deep stainless steel work deck for easy grilling. The exterior of this outside grill is all stainless steel, while the interior is made from heat resistant aluminized steel. Also stainless steel is the removable water/grease pan and the valve control panel. For extra safety and easy operation, a crossover pilot tube system is standard. This system heats the 8 individually controlled burners in this charbroiler. Covering the burners are two removable top grates that are heavy duty nickel chrome plated. These burners are rated at a total of 160,000 BTUs per hour, and the grill is rated at 46.88 KWH.
This entire outdoor gas grill measures 62 inches in width, 34 inches in length, and 36 inches in height. It is held by a stainless steel stand that utilizes stainless steel legs and casters. Included at no extra charge with this Baker’s Pride gas grill is a pressure regulator, your choice of a roll top cover or a wind and splash guard, a mobile propane tank caddie, and two 40 lb. propane tanks. Options and accessories are available with this outdoor gas char broiler, including stainless steel under shelves, a steamer system, full or half size pans with lids, griddle plates, or even cutting boards.
This commercial outdoor broiler and grill is NSF and UL approved, and it is backed by a limited one year warranty on parts and labor. Clean the broiling grates with a stiff wire bristle brush after every use to prevent flavor transfer. It is also recommended that you spray the cooking surface with a small amount of vegetable oil to prevent your foods from sticking. Because stainless steel can eventually rust and pit, we advise that you wipe down the stainless steel of your outdoor broiler with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner often.
