The CCBQ-60S is a Baker’s Pride outdoor charbroiler that can broil, grill, steam, roast, or hold your foods. This outdoor grill requires natural or propane gas and it has a cooking surface of 60 inches by 24 inches. The exterior of this broiler is made from heavy gauge, 430 stainless steel, and the interior is 18 gauge, high heat resistant aluminized steel. Included with this gas grill is an 8 inch deep stainless steel work deck, a stainless steel valve panel, and a stainless steel water/grease pan. The char broiler sits on stainless steel stand with legs and casters, and it features two side mounted brackets to hold propane tanks.
This outdoor gas grill measures as follows:

It has 8 burners which are covered by two heavy duty, nickel chrome plated removable top grates. This Baker’s Pride outdoor char broiler is rated at 46.88 KWH and uses 160,000 BTUs per hour on both natural and propane gas. Each of the 8 burners in this grill is controlled by its own heat control valve, and lit by a crossover pilot tube system. On the inside of this commercial grill are stainless steel radiant heat deflectors as well. Also included for no extra charge is a pressure regulator. Be sure that you clean the cooking grates after every use with a stiff wire bristle brush. Also, it is a good idea to spray vegetable oil or non-stick spray to the cooking grates to prevent your foods from sticking to the broiler.
