Baker’s Pride’s CBBQ-60BI is an outdoor gas grill and charbroiler. This broiler comes with a pressure regulator, requires natural or propane gas, and can grill, broil, roast, steam, or hold all of your meats including steaks, lamb, chicken, and seafood. The outside broiler measures 62 inches in width, 34 inches in length, and 16 inches in height. It has a stainless steel exterior and a high heat resistant aluminized steel interior. Also on the inside of this NSF and UL approved outdoor char broiler are stainless steel heat deflectors. An 8 inch deep stainless steel work deck, a stainless steel valve panel, a rool top hood, and a removable stainless steel grease/water pan are standard with this Baker’s Pride grill.
This gas grill has 8 burners, which are each individually controlled by their own heat control valve. These 8 burners are covered by two nickel chrome plated removable top grates that are very heavy duty. This entire outdoor gas broiler and grill sits on a stainless steel stand that has stainless steel legs and casters. For extra convenience, there are side mounted tank brackets that can hold propane tanks. The burners in this commercial grill are rated at a total of 160,000 BTUs per hour, and this broiler is rated at only 46.88 KWH. A crossover pilot tube system is used to heat the burners, and the cooking surface of this char broiler is 60 inches by 24 inches.
This outside gas grill and broiler is NSF and UL approved. It is also backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. Don’t forget to clean the cooking grates of your outdoor broiler with a stiff wire bristle brush after every use.
