The Baker’s Pride CBBQ-30SCP is an outdoor grill/broiler package. This charbroiler can grill, broil, roast, steam, or hold foods, and it runs on natural or propane gas. This outdoor charbroiler is NSF and UL approved, and it is even backed by a limited one year warranty on parts and labor. We advise that you clean your gas grill often. You can clean the stainless steel parts of the grill/broiler with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. After every use, you should scrub the cooking grates with a stiff, wire bristle brush to remove foods that have been burned on and to prevent flavor transfer.
This outdoor grill measures 32 inches in width, 34 inches in length, and 36 inches in height. The exterior is all 430 stainless steel with a #4 finish, while the interior is made from 18 gauge aluminized steel that has a very high heat resistance. A stainless steel stand with four legs and casters holds this Baker’s Pride charbroiler, which has a broiling surface of 29 inches by 24 inches. In addition, a front mounted work deck that is stainless steel and 8 inches deep is included with this outdoor grill, as well as a stainless steel valve panel, stainless steel radiant heat deflectors, and a gas pressure regulator.
To make cleaning really easy, this stainless steel grill/broiler features a water/grease pan. There are four burners on this outside charbroiler, and they are covered by one large, heavy duty, removable, nickel-chrome plated top grate. For easy storage of your propane tanks, there are side mounted tank brackets to hold your propane tanks. This outdoor grill also comes with the choice of a roll-top hood or a wind and splash guard. The four burners inside this outdoor broiler are lit by a crossover pilot tube system for extra safety, and the burners use a total of 32.44 KWH and 80,000 BTUs per hour on propane gas.
