True’s TMC-49 is a high quality milk cooler that is perfect for schools. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet and utilizes a self-contained, factory engineered, capillary tube refrigeration system. CFC free, 134A refrigerant is used in this beverage cooler to hold the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF. To dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle, there is an oversized condenser. The evaporator is 20%-40% larger than industry standards and the larger evaporator coils provide faster pull down of product temperatures and quicker recovery times. The evaporator fan motor in this juice cooler has a life expectancy of 15-20 years and this entire cooler is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation which reduces energy costs. For ease of cleaning and maintenance, the condensing unit slides out from behind the back grill.

This refrigerated dairy cooler measures 49 inches in length, 33 3/8 inches in depth, and 41 ½ inches in height. It has a 12 crate or 20.9 cubic feet holding capacity. White vinyl that won’t chip or peel makes up the exterior top, sides, and back. This milk cooler is mounted onto a welded, heavy duty, galvanized frame rail that is dipped in rust inhibiting pain enamel and the rail has four rolling swivel casters that are 4 inches. On the inside, the walls are NSF approved white aluminum and the floor is 300 series stainless steel. A drop front door and a “hold open” flip-up door are standard with this beverage cooler, and these doors are stainless steel. Also standard are door locks, door support bumpers, and one piece magnetic door gaskets that are removable without tools.

To prevent the possibility of corrosion, the evaporator in this mobile milk cooler is epoxy coated. There is also a clean out drain with a ½ inch NPT-PVC drain plug. This True cooler is NSF-7 compliant for pre-packaged and bottled products and it is NSF and UL approved. Heavy duty floor racks are included, and so is a 9 foot cord and plug. Be sure that you wipe down the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to help prevent rust and pitting, and clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush.
