Mobile Milk Cooler 20.9 Stainless, True TMC-49-S

This True brand milk cooler is the TMC-49-S. It requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet and comes with a 9 foot cord and plug at no extra charge. The exterior front, sides, back, and top of this juice cooler are stainless steel and the entire cooler is foamed in place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. NSF approved white aluminum makes up the interior walls, and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel and comes with floor racks. This dairy cooler is mounted onto a welded, heavy duty, galvanized frame rail that is covered in rust inhibiting paint to prevent corrosion, and the frame rail is fitted with 4 inch swivel casters. Two doors are featured on this cooler, and they are both stainless steel. One door is a drop front door while the other is a “hold open” flip top door. Door locks, door support bumpers, and removable magnetic gaskets are standard with this milk cooler as well.

The capacity of this dairy cooler is 20.9 cubic feet, or 12 crates. It measures 49 inches in length, 33 3/8 inches in depth, and 41 ½ inches in height. For easy cleaning, this milk refrigerator has a drain with a ½ inch NPT-PVC drain plug. It is also NSF and UL approved and is backed by a one year parts and labor warranty and a five year compressor warranty. Be sue that you clean the stainless steel often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. Options are available with this juice cooler including remote cabinets, a variety of exterior colors, or cornered bumpers.

A factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system is used in the refrigeration system of this True milk cooler. It uses 134A refrigerant and holds the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF, which will provide better tasting milk and reduce waste. Inside of this beverage cooler is an oversized compressor that provides shorter run times and lower energy consumption, and a condenser that dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The evaporator is 20%-40% larger than industry standards while the cast iron evaporator fan motor has a life of 15-20 years and uses extra large fan blades for faster temperature recovery.
