The TMC-34-S is a True brand milk cooler that requires a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp dedicated outlet. It has two stainless steel self-service doors; one is a drop front door while the other is a flip-up door. Included with the doors of this juice cooler are door support bumpers, door locks, and magnetic door gaskets that are removable without the hassle of tools. The exterior is all stainless steel on the front, sides, back, and top, and the interior is NSF approved white aluminum liner. The interior floor of this beverage cooler is 300 series stainless steel and it comes with floor racks. It is completely foamed in place with CFC free, high density, polyurethane insulation. A welded, galvanized frame rail supports this milk cooler, and the frame rail is dipped in rust inhibiting paint enamel to protect against corrosion inside and out. Four swivel casters that are 4 inches are fitted onto the frame rail to make this cooler portable.

It is quite simple to check the temperature of this True cooler because there is a digital temperature display on the interior. The sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor has a life expectancy of 15-20 years, and the motor and the large fan blades provide a low velocity, high volume airflow.

The stainless steel needs to be cleaned regularly too, using a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth.
