Description 

The SRM20 is Univex’s 20 quart countertop mixer. It requires a 115 volt, 10 amp dedicated outlet, is rated at 60 watts, and is NSF and UL approved. This dough mixer features a low voltage protection to prevent accidental start up after a power failure and an interlock switch to protect the operator from injury. It comes with a stainless steel mixing bowl, a #12 power take off, a wire whip, a batter beater, and a stainless steel Swing Ring Safety Guard. The two piece Swing Ring Safety Guard on this electric mixer swings apart for easy access to the bowl, and it can be taken apart to wash in the sink or dishwasher.

This Univex mixer measures 16 1/16 inches in width, 31 3/8 inches in height, and 27 5/16 inches in depth. It utilizes a variable speed transmission so you can change the speed of the mixer without having to stop the mixer first, and there is a rugged gear/belt drive system that also provides durability for tough mixes. This countertop mixer has a ½ horsepower capacitor start, momentary start and stop buttons, 4 locked-in speeds, and multiple in-between speeds. It is finished with NSF approved hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coating and is backed by a one year on site warranty covering defective materials and workmanship. The stainless steel should be cleaned often to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting, and the mixer should be wiped down with a damp cloth after every use. Optional accessories are available as well, including a dough hook, pastry knife, four-wing beater, or a meat chopper.
