The Univex MG8912 is engineered for years of trouble-free performance. The unit is designed for heavy duty use with a #12 head. A tough yet quiet 1 hp motor with a 1 inch wide poly "V" belt system is used to drive the commercial grinder. Standard equipment on the MG8912 includes a #12 grinder attachment with a 3/16'' grind plate, a large 12'' x 20'' stainless steel feed pan, and poly stomper.
