The TC48G is a manual gas griddle that measures 48 inches in width, 30-1/4 inches in length, and 15 inches in height. It is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor and is UL certified. This countertop grill has a stainless steel exterior and sits on four inch adjustable legs. Standard features include a gas pressure regulator and a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection. The stainless steel of this grill should be wiped down often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting.

This gas grill has a 3/4 inch thick, polished, steel griddle plate and utilizes four heavy duty cat iron “H” burners. These burners use a total of 120,000 BTUs per hour and each is controlled by its own valve. To make things even easier, this Therma-Tek gas manual grill features a spatula wide grease trough and a large capacity grease container with an integral lid. The griddle plate should be cleaned off after every use to prevent flavor transfer. This counter grill requires a 6 inch side and 12 inch back clearance from combustible materials.
