This 80 quart all purpose Hobart mixer comes equipped with a heavy-duty 3 HP motor. This motor also comes with four fixed speeds plus the stir speed. The mixer has a 50-minute SmartTimer option which provides accurate results and eliminates overmixing. This machine also has a shift-on-the-fly control that allows the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running. The automatic time recall option remembers the last time set for each speed and is great for making multiple batches of food. The bowl guard on this product has a heavy-duty stainless steel rear portion. The bowl guard also detaches in seconds for easy cleaning in the dishwasher or in the sink. The bowl may be raised or lowered by the fingertip control through the conveniently located switch. The bowl will remain in position until the switch is activated. Once the bowl is in the raised position, the mixer will automatically shift into the preselect speeds. Neoprene footpads come standard with this Hobart mixer. The mixer has a metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish.
