Description 

This 140 quart all purpose Hobart mixer comes equipped with a powerful 5 HP motor. This mixer has four fixed speeds plus the stir speed. It also has the shift-on-the-fly controls that allows the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running. This machine also comes equipped with a 50-minute SmartTimer which provides accurate results and eliminates overmixing. The automatic time recall option remembers the last time set for each speed and is great for making multiple batches of food. The bowl which is powered by an electric motor, may be raised or lowered by the fingertip control switch. The bowl will remain in position until the switch is activated. Once the bowl is in the raised position, the mixer will automatically shift into the preselected speed. Neoprene footpads come standard with this Hobart mixer. This machine has a metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish.
