Description 

This Hobart 60 quart pizza mixer comes equipped with a 2.7 HP switched reluctance motor and a gear driven transmission. This unit has two fixed speeds which supports consistent results and thorough kneading and also has shift-on-the-fly controls which allows the operator to change speeds while the mixer is running. Each speed has a soft transition when shifting into a higher speed to reduce the chance of product splash-out. This unit has a 50-minute SmartTimer that provides accurate results and also an automatic time recall option that remembers the last time set for each speed. This unit comes with a heavy-duty bowl guard with a wire front and a solid rear portion. The front portion of the bowl guard rotates easily to add ingredients and to install or remove the agitator. It also detaches easily in seconds for cleaning in the dishwasher or in the sink. The guard must be in the closed position before the mixer will operate. The bowl lift on this mixer is powered by an electric motor and the bowl may be raised or lowered by a fingertip control. The bowl will remain in position until the switch is activated. Once the bowl is in the raised position, the mixer will then automatically shift into the preselected speed. Neoprene footpads come standard with this pizza mixer as well. The unit has a metallic gray hybrid powder coat finish and comes with front-mounted Hobart standard #12 taper attachment hub for use with #12 size attachments.
