This Belt Drive Centrifugal Upblast kitchen exhaust fan with a 13.75'' wheel is designed to ventilate foul, grease laden air from range hoods and commercial cooking appliances. The continual operation of the cooking exhaust fan will properly ventilate any restaurant. - UL Listed and NSF Approved
