In a cooking environment such as a restaurant, smoke, odors, fumes, and grease filled vapors are a constant problem. If these pollutants are not ventilated properly then they will continue to circulate throughout the restaurant, making an unpleasant environment. With a kitchen exhaust fan, this problem could be eliminated. The cooking exhaust fan pulls the stale air from indoors through range hoods and expels it outdoors to create an optimal environment within the building.
