This kettle cooker is the APW Wyott CWK-111, which requires a 120 volt, 10 amp dedicated outlet or a 240 volt, 5 amp dedicated outlet. It measures 16 inches in height and 13-1/2 inches in depth and has a holding capacity of 11 quarts. This soup kettle comes with an inset, hinged cover, soup name card and holder. It is made from lightweight aluminum and stainless steel and features a bottom mounted heating element and an aluminum transfer plate for consistent heat. The temperature of this electric kettle is thermostatically controlled and it can reach up to 350?F. To protect the countertop and the interior from heating up, this kettle also features fiberglass insulation.

APW Wyott's electric soup kettle is designed to be used with water and if it is used dry it will be damaged. It is NSF and UL approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. The inside of this kettle should be cleaned out after every use and the outside should be wiped down to protect against food deposits. Optional features are available including a 7 quart adaptor ring or an inset, flat cover, and colorful soup merchandising card.
