You can order a swing drain collector, a second year limited warranty on parts and labor, a stainless steel draw-off extension tube, or even a rotating tri-basket assembly. It is important to clean your gas steam kettle to keep it in its excellent shape. The stainless steel needs to be wiped off with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth and the inside of the kettle should be cleaned after every use. This food kettle has a holding capacity of 80 gallons and can hold 2560 4 ounce servings.
