This 60 gallon stationary gas kettle is the Vulcan Hart GS60E and it is excellent for making coups, chili, stews, and much more. It requires a 120 volt, 1 phase dedicated outlet and either natural or propane gas. This classic kettle cooker can produce 1920 4 ounce servings and uses only 135,000 BTUs per hour. It is NSF and CSA approved and it is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. This gas kettle comes with a 3/4 inch gas connection and a gas pressure regulator. It is not intended for household use and requires a well ventilated location and a 2 inch right side clearance from combustible materials. For extra safety, this stainless steel soup kettle features a low water cut-off control, a vacuum pressure relief, a 15 psi relief valve, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge. It also comes with a draw off opening strainer, a graduated measuring rod, and a faucet bracket.

There are 2 inch in diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable flange feet that hold this gas steam kettle. It has an interior that is sloped to the front for smooth flow of food products. For easy serving, this kettle features a 2 inch in diameter, tapered, mounted, plug type food production draw off valve. There is also a stainless steel, dome shaped, spring assist cover with a drop type handle. The temperature of this stationary food kettle is adjusted by a thermostat that has a combination gas valve and electronic ignition. This Vulcan Hart kettle can come with optional accessories as well. You can order a swing drain collector, a second year limited warranty on parts and labor, a stainless steel draw off extension tube, or a 48 inch stainless steel whip. Don't forget to protect this long term investment by cleaning it regularly. The inside should be cleaned after every use and the stainless steel should be wiped down often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to protect against the possibility of rust and pitting.
