This Vulcan Hart classic kettle cooker comes with a stainless steel dome shaped spring assist cover and a drop type handle. For safety reasons, it has a low water cut off control, a pressure gauge, a pressure limit switch, a vacuum pressure relief valve and a 15 psi relief valve. This commercial kettle comes with a ? inch gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge. It is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor and is NSF and CSA approved. This kettle is not intended for household use and comes with a 6 foot cord and plug. It requires an adequate ventilation system and a 2 inch right clearance from combustible material.

Be sure that you wipe off the stainless steel with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free from chlorides and quaternary salts. The inside of the kettle should be cleaned after every use as well. Optional features and accessories may be ordered including a 316 series stainless steel jacket liner, a 3 inch in diameter draw-off valve, a clean up kit, or even a double pantry wash down hose.
