It is rated at 1.8 KWH and comes with a 6 foot power cord and plug at no extra cost. This induction stove is perfect for catering because it is portable and is still able to perform like a commercial stove. It has sensitive low-end controls for making sauces, milks or chocolates, as well being able to perform fast, high temperature cooking.
