This indoor walk-in cooler is the Kolpak PX7-068. It requires a 115 or 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet, is floorless, and has a holding capacity of 264 cubic feet. The exterior and interior of this commercial cooler are 26 gauge embossed galvalume and the whole cooler is foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation. There is a 26 inch by 78 inch self closing door that has two strap-type, cam-lift hinges, a magnetic gasket, and a Poli-Seal door closure with a latch. Also included with the door of this walk-in refrigerator are provisions for locking and even an interior safety release to prevent getting locked inside. The door section has an incandescent type vapor-proof light switch to provide excellent visibility of your food products, and there is a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer to easily adjust the temperature. Right or left door hinging is optional. For easy cleaning with your indoor walk-in, the corners of the floor panels are coved as well.

The tongue and groove sectional panels of this Kolpak walk-in cooler interlock to provide a durable and strong wall, and the PVC gaskets are on the edge of the tongue rail are foamed in place to ensure that the gaskets do not move out of place. For even more stability, there are double 90? bends on the metal edges of the wall. Featured in this indoor refrigerator are Posi-Locking assemblies for perfect alignment of the walls, ceilings, corner panels, and door frames, and the panels are all NSF approved.

The self-contained, top mounted refrigeration system of this commercial walk-in refrigerator holds the temperature at 38?F, and the condensing unit is air-cooled. Included is a high pressure safety control, an automatic condensate evaporator, an expansion valve system, and an off cycle coil defrost system with a defrost timer. In addition, the compressor is 3/4 horsepower. It is really important that you clean your cooler often and correctly to keep it running efficiently. The condenser coil and the fan blades should be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush, because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure but a clean condenser can lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

This Kolpak indoor walk-in cooler measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length, 7 feet, 9 inches in width, and 7 feet, 6 inches in height. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Many options are available including interior ramps, kick plates, low ambient controls, a walk-in floor, or tread plates. Custom walk-in coolers are available as well. Also, this restaurant walk-in cooler is NSF, UL, and CSA approved.

Instillation of this walk-in refrigerator is hassle free, and it does not even require a refrigeration technician, a plumber, or a drain line. The wall panels, corners, and door are assembled on the screed and the the ceiling panels are lifted into place. Then the refrigeration unit is rolled up, fitted into the correct ceiling panel, and bolted into place. After that, all you have to do is attach a pigtail and plug the cooler into the wall.
