Indoor Walk In Refrigerator Cooler 6' x 6' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak PX7-066

This is the PX7-066, and it is one of Kolpak’s many indoor walk-in coolers. It requires a 115 or a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet. The refrigeration system of this commercial cooler is self contained, top mounted, and holds the temperature at 38ºF. It utilizes a hot gas condensate evaporator, an air-cooled condenser, an expansion valve system, and a 3/4 horsepower compressor. For easy defrost, there is an off cycle coil defrost system and a defrost timer inside of this industrial cooler. For extra safety, there are high pressure safety controls, but low ambient controls are optional. Be sure that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades of the evaporator fan motor every thirty days with a stiff wire brush. And remember, a clean condenser lowers utility costs and minimizes services expenses.

The measurements of this restaurant walk-in cooler are as follows:

• 5 feet, 10 inches in length,
• 11 feet, 7 inches in width, and
• 7 feet, 6 inches in height.

It has a holding capacity of 192 cubic feet, so it is perfect for extremely busy establishments. 26 gauge embossed galvalume makes up the interior and the exterior of this indoor refrigerator, and it is foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation for superior efficiency. The corners on the floor panels are coved for easy cleaning and better sanitation. There is a “Super-Door” on this industrial refrigerator that is made to seal in cold and prevent condensation, and the door opening measures 26 inches by 78 inches. Featured on this door are magnetic gaskets and a Poli-Seal door closure and latch. On the inside of this self-closing door is a safety release to prevent people from getting stuck inside of the coolers. Also utilized on the door of this commercial walk-in cooler is a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer to change the temperature and a light switch to turn on the incandescent vapor-proof lights. The door can be hinged on the right or the left side.

For a very secure Kolapk walk-in, the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock and the metal edges of the walls have double 90º bends. Posi-Loc assemblies ensure superior alignment of all the panels and PVC gaskets on the edge of the tongue rail are foamed in place to prevent the gaskets from moving around. All the panels are NSF approved and this Kolpak walk-in refrigerator is NSF, UL, and CSA approved. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Don’t forget to clean the inside and outside of your commercial cooler often with a mild cleaner. Options are available with this indoor restaurant refrigerator including a walk-in floor, interior or exterior ramps, strip curtains, or shelving kits. Custom walk-in coolers are available as well.

You don’t have to worry about instillation with this walk-in refrigerator, because it is extremely simple and doesn't even require a drain line. The wall panels, door, and corners are easily assembled on the coolers floor, or screeds, and the ceiling panels are lifted into place. Next, the top mounted refrigeration unit is rolled into place, set on the correct ceiling panel, and bolted into place. All you have to do after that is attach a pigtail and plug the commercial cooler into the wall.
