The Kolpak PX7-612 is an indoor walk-in cooler that requires a 1 phase, 25 amp, 115 or 208-230 volt dedicated breaker. It is floorless and the entire refrigerator is foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation. This commercial cooler measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 11 feet, 7 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height and is NSF, UL, and CSA approved. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels, and all the panels are NSF approved. The exterior and interior of this industrial refrigerator are 26 gauge embossed galvalume and the door is self closing. This door measures 26 inches by 78 inches, is constructed to seal in cold and prevent condensation, and has chrome brushed door hinges and a door handle with a key lock. Also included with the door of this indoor walk-in are magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, and a Poli-Seal door closure with a latch. To prevent accidental entrapment inside of this refrigerator, there is even an interior safety release. For ease in changing the temperature and viewing food products, the door even has a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer and a switch for incandescent vapor-proof lights.

It is easy to clean this restaurant cooler because the floor panels have coved corners. In addition, there are high pressure safety controls and the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock to provide a stable and secure wall. On the exterior and interior edge of the tongue rail there are foamed in place PVC gaskets to ensure that this walk-in cooler will come together evenly. For perfect alignment of the walls, door, ceiling, and corner panels, Posi-Loc assemblies are utilized, and double 90° bends on the metal edges of the walls provide even more strength. A top mounted refrigeration unit is used in this commercial walk-in, and this refrigeration system is self-contained and holds the temperature at 38°F. the condenser is air-cooled, the evaporator is automatic, and the compressor is rated a 3/4 horsepower. Also featured in this refrigeration system is an expansion valve system, and an off cycle coil defrost system with a defrost timer. It is really important that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades with a stiff wire brush every thirty days because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.

This Kolpak indoor walk-in cooler has a capacity of 406 cubic feet. Optional is the side that the door is hinged. Other options are available as well including interior or exterior ramps, a walk-in floor, bumper rails and door bumpers, or kick plates. The inside as well as the outside of this walk-in refrigerator should be cleaned regularly with a mild soapy detergent. Custom walk-in coolers are available.

Instillation is quite simple with this Kolpak cooler. First, assemble the corners, wall panels, and door on the floor or screed and lift the ceiling panels into place. The place the refrigeration unit onto the correct ceiling panel and bolt it into place. Lastly, attach a pigtail and plug the refrigerator into the wall. No refrigerator technician, plumber, or even drain line is required.
