Indoor Walk In Refrigerator Cooler 6' x 10' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak PX7-610

This Kolpak PX7-610 is an indoor walk-in cooler. It requires a 115 or 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet and does not come with a floor. This commercial cooler holds the temperature at 38°F with a self-contained, top mounted refrigeration system. The refrigeration system utilizes a hot gas condensate evaporator and an air-cooled condenser. The compressor has a horsepower of 3/4 and there is also an expansion valve system. This industrial refrigerator measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 9 feet, 8 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height and has a capacity of 335 cubic feet. It is constructed from 26 gauge embossed galvalume steel on the interior as well as the exterior, and there is one door that measures 26 inches by 78 inches. A 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer and a vapor proof light switch are standard on the door of this commercial walk-in, and door gaskets are magnetic. Two strap-type, cam-lift hinges comes with the door, as do a Posi-Seal door closure and latch, keyed door locks, and a reinforced fiberglass plastic door jamb. The door can be hinged on the right or the left side.

Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout this entire restaurant walk-in cooler, and standard is an off cycle coil defrost system and a defrost timer. To prevent getting locked inside of the cooler, there is a safety release switch on the inside, as well as high pressure safety controls. For a secure wall, the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock in this commercial cooler, and the metal edges of the wall have double 90° bends. Posi-Loc assemblies in this refrigerator provide perfect alignment of the walls, corners, and ceilings, and the PVC gaskets on the inside and outside edge of the tongue rail are foamed in place to prevent the gaskets from moving out of place. In addition, the corners of the floor panels are coved for easy cleaning and superior sanitation.

This Kolpak indoor walk-in cooler is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year parts and labor warranty, a five year compressor warranty, and a ten year panel warranty. Options are available such as a walk-in floor, interior and exterior ramps, and non-skid floor strips. Be sure that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush to lower electrical costs and minimize service expenses.

Installing your walk-in refrigerator is very simple. Assemble the corners, wall panels, and door on the floor are screed and lift the ceiling panels into place. The refrigeration unit can be rolled up to the top, placed on the correct panel, and then bolted into place. A technician, plumber, and even drain pipe are not necessary. Then attach a pigtail and plug your commercial indoor walk-in cooler into the wall, and you are finished.
