This indoor walk-in freezer is the Kolpak P7-088-F. It requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet and comes with a floor. This commercial freezer measures 7 feet, 9 inches in length; 7 feet, 9 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height and has a holding capacity of 345 cubic feet. It is made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and has one 26 inch by 78 inch self-closing door. The door in this restaurant freezer has keyed door locks, magnetic door gaskets, and cam-lift hinges. Also featured on the door are a vapor-proof light switch and a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer. To seal the magnetic gaskets and prevent frost and condensation build-up, there is also a heated strip covered with stainless steel fitted into the door jamb. The tongue and groove sectional panels interlock for a durable wall, and the metal edges of the walls have double 90? bends. Also, the PVC gaskets in this walk-in freezer are foamed in place to prevent them from moving around, and the Posi-Loc assemblies provide excellent alignment of the panels.

The entire commercial freezer is foamed in place with 4 inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation and the temperature is held at -10?F. The temperature is maintained by a self contained, top mounted refrigeration system that uses an expansion valve system, high pressure safety controls, an air cooled condenser, an automatic evaporator, and a 3/4 horsepower compressor. Included at no extra cost is an electric coil defrost system, a defrost timer and a heated door. It is really important that your clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire bush because this will lower electrical costs and minimize service. After scrubbing the coil and blades, blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side. But the condenser and the blades are not the only things that need to be cleaned in this industrial walk-in freezer. The interior and exterior should be cleaned with a mild soap and warm water and the gaskets should be cleaned with a solution of baking soda and warm water. Be sure that you replace broken gaskets as soon as possible and tighten the screws regularly. The hinges need to be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly.

This indoor walk-in freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels. Options are available with this commercial freezer including non-skid floor strips, tread plates, or interior and exterior ramps; custom freezers are available upon request as well. Complete instillation can be done without the use of a technician, plumber, or even a drain line. First, the corners, wall panels, and door are assembled onto the floor, or screed, and the ceiling is lifted into place. Then the refrigeration unit is lifted into place and bolted to the correct ceiling panel. Wiring is easy as well. Just attach a pigtail and plug the walk-in freezer into the wall, and you are done.
