The P7-810-F is a Kolpak brand indoor walk-in freezer that requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 25 amp dedicated outlet. It comes with a self-contained refrigeration system that can be either top or side mounted. The refrigeration system of this commercial freezer has an expansion valve system, a hot gas condensate evaporator, an air-cooled condenser, high pressure controls, and a 3/4 horsepower compressor. To prevent vacuum and pressure build-up, there are heated air-vents, and to prevent accidental entrapment there is even an interior safety release. The interior, as well as the exterior of this industrial freezer, is made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and this entire freezer is foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation. For extra strength and durability, the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock and the metal edges of the walls have double 90° bends. Posi-Loc assemblies provide excellent alignment of the panels in this restaurant freezer, and the PVC coated gaskets are foamed in place to prevent them from moving around.

This restaurant freezer has a holding capacity of 439 cubic feet and features one 26 inch by 78 inch self closing door. This heated door has magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, and keyed door locks. There is a low watt heated strip in the door jamb that seals the magnetic gaskets and prevents frost and condensation build-up in this walk-in freezer. Also featured on the door section is the switch for the vapor-proof lights and a the 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer. It is a good idea to check the gaskets often and replace the broken ones immediately. The gaskets should also be cleaned with a solution of baking soda and water using a soft cloth. Tighten loose screws in the hinges and latch and re-lubricate the latch every two months with petroleum jelly. The interior and the exterior of this indoor freezer can be cleaned with a mild soap and warm water and you can remove stains with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Another thing that has to be cleaned every thirty days is the condenser coil and the fan blades. They can be cleaned with a stiff wire brush and to prevent the possibility of compressor failure. After cleaning them, blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side.

Options are available with this Kolpak freezer including shelving kits, kick plates, low ambient controls, or interior ramps. It is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty one the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels.

Instillation is a breeze with this indoor walk-in freezer. First, assemble the panels on the floor, or screed, and lift the ceiling into place. Then roll the refrigeration system to the top (if it is a top mounted freezer) and bolt it into the correct ceiling panel. After that, all you have to do is attach a pigtail and plug the freezer into the wall. It so easy, and it does not even require a plumber, drain line, or technician!
