The P7-068-F is a Kolpak indoor walk-in freezer that requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 15 amp dedicated outlet. It is constructed from 26 gauge embossed galvalume and has a holding capacity of 252 cubic feet. One heated, self-closing door is featured on this commercial freezer and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. This door utilizes cam-lift hinges, magnetic gaskets, and a low watt heater strip that is fitted into the door jamb to prevent frost and condensation build-up. There is also a Posi-Seal closure and door latch, keyed door locks, a switch for the vapor-proof lights, and a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer. To ensure that the door, wall panels, and ceiling are perfectly aligned, this industrial cooler utilizes Posi-Loc locking assemblies. The PVC gaskets are foamed in place in the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rails to prevent them from moving around. For even more strength and stability, there are double 90° bends on the metal edges of the walls and the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock.

This entire restaurant freezer measures 5 feet, 10 inches in length; 7 feet, 9 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height, and it is completely foamed in place with CFC free polyurethane insulation. The temperature is held at -10°F by a self contained refrigeration system that can be either top or side mounted. This refrigeration system uses high pressure safety controls, an air cooler condenser, a 1 horsepower compressor, and an automatic evaporator. An electric coil defrost system and a defrost timer are also used to prevent frost build-up. The condenser coil and the fan blade in this walk-in freezer should be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush and then you should blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side. Clean the condenser properly will minimize service expenses and reduce electrical costs.

Options are available with this Kolpak commercial freezer including kick plates, custom configurations, and right or left door hinging. This freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the compressor. The interior and exterior should be cleaned regularly with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth and fingerprints and stains can be cleaned off with a non-abrasive cleaner. The gaskets should be checked regularly and broken ones need to be replaced. Clean the gaskets with a solution of baking soda and warm water and don’t forget to tighten the screws in the hinges and latch often.

Instillation is a breeze with this walk-in freezer. All you have to do is assemble the panels on the screed, or floor, and lift the ceiling panels into place. Then lift the refrigeration system into the correct spot and bolt it into place. Wiring is really easy too. Just attach a pigtail and plug the indoor freezer into the wall. You can do all this without a drain line, plumber, or refrigeration technician.
