P7-612-F is one of Kolpak's many indoor walk-in freezers. It requires a 208-203 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet and has a side or top mounted refrigeration system. This self-cooling refrigeration system holds the temperature at -10?F with high pressure safety controls, a hot gas condensate evaporator, an expansion valve system, an air cooled condenser, and a 1 3/4 horsepower compressor. The condenser coil and the fan blades need to be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff wire brush and then CO2 needs to be blown through the condenser from the fin to the fan side.

There is a heated, self-closing door on this commercial freezer. It measures 26 inches by 78 inches and features:

• Cam-lift hinges,
• Magnetic gaskets,
• Keyed door locks,
• A vapor-proof light switch, and
• A 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer.

The door of this industrial freezer seals in the cold and prevents condensation. It has a Posi-Seal door closure and latch and even a low watt heater strip that is fitted into the door jamb to prevent frost and condensation build-up. For extra strength with this restaurant walk-in freezer, there are interlocking tongue and groove sectional panels and double 90? bends on the metal edges of the walls. The PVC gaskets on the interior and exterior edge of the tongue rail ate foamed place to prevent them from moving around and Posi-Loc locking assemblies are utilized to ensure that all the panels are aligned perfectly. On the floor panels of this Kolpak freezer, the corners are coved for ease of cleaning and there are also heated air-vents to stop vacuum and pressure build-up. Included at no extra charge is an electric coil defrost system and a defrost timer.

This freezer measures 5 feet, 7 inches in length; 11 feet, 7 inches in width; and 7 feet, 6 inches in height, and it has a holding capacity of 338 cubic feet. It is really important to clean your indoor walk-in freezer often to keep it in its excellent shape. The interior and exterior can be cleaned with water and a mild soap and you can remove fingerprints and stains with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. The gaskets should be check often and replaced if they are broken, and you can clean them with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Re-lubricate the hinges every two months with petroleum jelly, and when you do this tighten all the loose screws. Options are available with this kitchen walk-in freezer including right or left door hinging, shelving kits, kick plates, or even custom configurations. This freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved and is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels.

It is really easy to install this Kolpak freezer. Simply assemble the panels and lift the ceiling panels into place. Then roll up the refrigeration system (if it is top mounted) and bolt it to the correct panel. Attach a pigtail and plug the freezer into the wall, and you are finished. It does not even require a plumber, refrigeration technician, or a drain line!
