Indoor Walk In Freezer 10' x 10' x 7'6'' Self Contained, Kolpak P7-1010-F

This commercial freezer is Kolpak’s P7-1010-F. It requires a 208-230 volt, 1 phase, 20 amp dedicated outlet. The NSF panels in this indoor walk-in freezer utilize Posi-Loc locking assemblies to ensure that they all perfectly aligned. The PVC gaskets are foamed in place so they won’t move around at all, there are double 90° bends on the metals edges of the walls for extra strength, and the tongue and groove sectional panels interlock for a durable wall. There is a walk0in floor included with this industrial freezer at no extra charge and it is .100 inch smooth aluminum. The entire freezer is completely foamed in place with four inch thick, CFC free, polyurethane insulation and there are heated air-vents to eliminate vacuum and pressure build-up. On the inside of this indoor restaurant freezer, the floor panels have coved corners that make cleaning easier and sanitation better. The interior and exterior are both made from 26 gauge embossed galvalume.

One self closing door is featured on this walk-in freezer, and it measures 26 inches by 78 inches. The door is heated and has magnetic gaskets, cam-lift hinges, keyed door locks, a 2 1/2 inch dial thermometer, and a light switch for the interior vapor-proof lights. On the inside of the freezer is a safety release to prevent people from accidentally getting stuck inside. It is extremely important that this kitchen freezer be cleaned correctly so that its stays in its excellent condition. The interior and exterior can be cleaned with a mild soap and water, and the gaskets can be cleaned with a solution of baking soda and warm water. Check the gaskets often and replace broken ones as soon as possible. The hinges should be re-lubricated every two months with petroleum jelly, and the screws should be tightened regularly as well.

An electric coil defrost system and a defrost timer are standard with this indoor walk-in freezer. Also standard is a top or side mounted refrigeration system that is self-contained. This refrigeration system has high pressure safety controls, an air cooled condenser, an automatic condensate evaporator, a 1 3/4 horsepower compressor, and an expansion valve system. All these components help keep the temperature inside of this walk-in freezer at -10°F. Because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure, it is important that you clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff wire brush.

This Kolpak indoor walk-in freezer is NSF, UL, and CSA approved. Options are available including right or left door hinging, kick plates, shelving kits, low ambient controls, or bumper rails and door bumpers. Also, this commercial freezer is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor, a five year warranty on the compressor, and a ten year warranty on the panels.

There are just a few simple steps to installing your industrial walk-in freezer, and they do not require a drain line, a refrigeration technician, or even a plumber. Just assemble the panels on the floor, or screed. Then lift the ceiling into place and roll the refrigeration system to the ceiling (if it is top mounted). Bolt the refrigeration system into the correct place. Lastly, attach a pigtail and plug the freezer into the wall.
