The ICE-0250HA is an Ice-O-Matic brand commercial ice maker. It produces half ice cubes that are 7/8 inches by 7/8 inches by 3/8 inches thick and comes with the B25PS ice bin that can hold up to 242 lbs. of ice. This cube ice machine has an ARI production (90?F air/70?F water) of 244 lbs. of ice every 24 hours and an application production (70?F air/50? water) of 352 lbs. of ice every 24 hours. This ice machine is made of durable, corrosion-resistant, 300 series stainless steel and measures 30 inches in length, 31 inches in width and 48 inches in height so it is perfect for smaller establishments and waitress stations. It is also an excellent money saver because it has an ARI usage of 30.1 gallons of water and only 8.4 KWH for every 100 lbs. of ice that is produced. It only uses 6,221 BTU?s per hour and requires no side clearance because it has a top air discharge.

The refrigeration system inside of this restaurant ice making machine uses CFC free, R404A refrigerant and has a self-contained, air-cooling condenser. Two more excellent features inside of this commercial ice machine are HarvestAssist and PureICE. HarvestAssist reduces scaling and insures consistent ice production by pushing the ice into the bin instead of waiting for gravity to overpower the scale. PureICE is built-in antimicrobial protection against bacteria, slime, and fungus. The evaporator inside of this cube ice maker has a seven year warranty when the water filter is changed every six months. The compressor has a five year warranty on parts and labor and all other components have a three year warranty on parts and labor. Six inch long adjustable legs are provided with this restaurant ice machine and it also has electro-mechanical controls. To protect your valuable investment the condenser coil and fan blades should be cleaned with a stiff bristle brush every thirty days because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. Because this industrial ice making machine is such high quality stainless steel it should be cleaned with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner very regularly. Also, when retrieving ice, be sure to aways use a scoop, spoon, or tongs and never a glass or your hands because this can cause contamination or little pieces of glass to break off into the ice bin.
