Description 

The TCHP12-2 is one of Therma-Tek’s many gas hot plates which measures 12 inches in width, 30-13/16 inches in length, and 10 inches in height. It requires natural or propane gas and has two cooking sections. Each section has its own lift-off, cast iron, open top burner with a heavy-duty cast iron top grate. This gas countertop hot plate is stainless steel, has a durable welded frame, and sits on four inch adjustable legs. There is a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning and a 3/4 inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge. The burners in this gas hot plate are rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour for a total of 60,00 BTUs. They are lit by a spill proof ignition system and are each controlled by a fully adjustable brass valve. This Therma-Tek hot plate is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. Unit requires a 12 inch clearance from combustible materials on the rear and sides.
