Description
The Therma-Tek TCHP24-4 is a commercial countertop hot plate that requires natural or propane gas. It measures 24 inches in width, 30-13/16 inches in depth, and 10 inches in height and comes with four inch adjustable legs. The exterior of this gas hot plate is stainless steel and it features four cast iron lift off burners that are each rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour, giving you a total of 120,000 BTU's. Each burner is covered by a heavy-duty, cast iron top grate and is controlled by a fully adjustable brass valve.
Included with this Therma-Tek hot plate is a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning, a ¾ inch NPT gas connection, and a gas pressure regulator. For extra durability, the frame is fully welded. The top grates on this hot plate are removable for cleaning, and it is even backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. This countertop hot plate is UL approved and features high quality stainless steel. The stainless steel should be wiped down often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting.
