Description 

The Vollrath 38727 portable, electric, hot food table measures 46 inches in width, 57 inches in height, and 24 inches in depth. It requires a 120 volt dedicated breaker and is NSF and UL approved. This steam table has a steel constructed body that is covered with scratch resistant vinyl, which can come in four colors: evening dust, walnut wood grain, cherry wood grain, or black. It has dome heating lights that are extremely energy efficient (light bulbs sold separately). There are three food wells in this buffet bar that each measure 20 inches by 12 inches and they are insulated with high density glass fiber insulation for the best food preservation possible. Each well is equipped with a 525 watt element and each wells has its own manual heat control for extra safety. This electric steam table also features a 12 inch high, clear, acrylic, fully enclosed breath guard, a one-piece stainless steel work surface, and a stainless steel plate rest that folds down for ease of storage.

This Vollrath electric hot food station requires spillage pans, which are sold separately. Optional incandescent/infrared lighting is available upon request. For easy cleaning, the interior of the food wells are non-metallic and they should be wiped out after every use with a cloth. The stainless steel should be cleaned regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to reduce the possibility or rust and pitting. This commercial hot food table is NSF and UL approved and it can hold fractional or full sized food pans that are no more than 6 inches in depth.
