Description 

The Eagle AWT5-NG is a 5-well gas hot food table. It operates on natural or propane gas. Specify which gas type at time of purchase. It measures 30-1/2"W x 79"L x 34-1/2"H. The top and body are made of heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel. All top openings sized to accommodate 12" x 20" steam table pans. The under self is made from galvanized steel. The entire table sits on 1 5/8 inches O.D. galvanized tubing and each leg is fitted with adjustable, non-marking, plastic feet. The top and water pan are removable for cleaning and replacement. An 8" poly cutting board and stainless steel tray shelf are standard with all units. The cutting board is mounted to stainless steel brackets on the control side of the table. The burner assembly are constructed of aluminized steel with straight flow energy-saving design for quick startup. Each of the burners uses only 30,000 BTUs per hour and a 1/2" NPT gas connection is located on the right side of this steam table. This gas steam table is AGA and NSF approved. Be sure that you wipe down the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. The water wells should be wiped out after every use to remove excess water as well. A stainless steel under shelf and/or stainless steel legs can be ordered in place of the galvanized steel at an additional charge. Other optional accessories are available such as: bolted-in undershelf, tray slides/shelf, rolltop cover, serving shelf, top adapters, food pans/insets and AutoFill automatic water fill system.
