Eagle?s DHT5-240 a five well, open base, electric hot food table. It requires a 240 volt, single phase or 3-phase must be specified. Unit needs a dedicated breaker (cord and plug supplied with single-phase units only). This commercial steam table measures 79 inches in length, 30-? inches in depth (including cutting board), and 34-1/4 inches in height. The hot food table body and top are constructed of highly polished 22 gauge 430 series stainless steel. Each of the wells in this buffet bar has their own recessed heat controls that offer a high and low setting. The indicator light remains on continuously while the control is in the "on" position. This steam table is heated by tubular heating elements and each heating compartment is 8 inches deep and lined with 22 gauge galvanized steel. Each of the heating compartments is also insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1 inch thick fiberglass.

This electric hot food station comes with a six foot cord that extends from the bottom of the right hand control side. Also included is a laminated, hardwood cutting board that is 8 inches wide and 1 ? inches thick, and this board is mounted on stainless steel brackets that are located on the control side of the buffet table. This entire Eagle hot food station sits on galvanized steel legs and the entire base is open. It is NSF and UL approved and it is adaptable for wet application. Be sure that your keep your electrical buffet table clean by wiping down the stainless steel with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. The inside of the wells should be wipe out after every use as well. Optional features and accessories are available such as a dish shelf, over shelves, a tray shelf, or a roll top cover.
