Description 

The HT4-NG is an Eagle gas steam table that is 30 ? inches wide, 34 inches high, and 63 ? inches long. It runs on natural or propane gas and comes with some excellent accessories. Included with this commercial hot food station is a poly cutting board that is 8 inches wide and 1 ? inches thick. This high quality cutting board is mounted on the control side of the table onto stainless steel brackets. The legs of this steam table are 1 5/8 inch in diameter galvanized tubing that is fitted with plastic, non-marking feet. The base is open and there is a galvanized steel under shelf which is perfect for holding pots, pans, or dinnerware. The table body and top of this hot food station are 20 gauge, 430 series stainless steel. This stainless steel should be cleaned often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.


This gas steam table is designed with four food wells that measure 12 3/32 inches by 20 3/32 inches. These wells each have a heating compartment that is lined with 8 inch, heavy gauge, galvanized steel and insulated on all four sides and on the bottom with 1 inch thick fiberglass. These heating compartments are heated by their own individual burners that are each rated at 3500 BTUs per hour. Every burner in this hot food table has a recessed heat control and the temperature can be adjusted from low to medium to high. In each compartment is a removable galvanized steel radiation plate. A gas pressure regulator is also included with this steam table at no extra cost.


This NSF approved Eagle buffet bar is extremely energy efficient and is adaptable for wet application. If wet application is used, a spillage pan is needed. Optional features and accessories are available including a hardwood cutting board, a rolltop cover, top adapters, spillage pans, overshelves, bolted-in undershelf and food pan/insets. It is a good idea to keep your foods covered when they are not being served to keep them at their intended temperature. In addition, any liquids being served from this steam table should be stirred regularly.
